Can you smell…what Spring is cooking?
Or has the hayfever already set in?
Emerge from that winter crustiness and step into the sunlight.
- It’s time for a fresh wardrobe.
- It’s time to get fit.
- It’s time to eat healthier (Maybe. Take it one step at a time.).
- It’s time for new season goals that don’t just include getting to December.
- It’s time for a new hair routine.
Yes, that’s correct.
Now that Spring has sprung, what worked for your hair during Winter, may not work now.
If you’re in a part of the country where the climate is more temperate (regular rainfall in winter, less extreme temperatures), you may find that the weather is becoming drier and you’ll want to use more moisturising products on your hair. If you’re in a more tropical zone (regular rainfall in summer, more extreme temperatures), try lessening up on those heavily moisturising products or use them less often.
Just so you know;
Symptoms of over-moisturisation are:
- Limp hair, like your mom’s spaghetti.
- Thinning hair.
- A sudden increase in hair fall.

Symptoms of dryness are:
- Well, your hair looks and feels dry, like dead grass.
- Hair may have a shine to it and feel lighter than usual, but really, it’s crying out for moisture.
- An increase in breakage.
Remember to also protect yourself from the sun by wearing hats or scarves, or using those cute lightweight umbrellas everyone walks arounf with.
Don’t feel the need to completely change your routine or buy all new products. We know that cash is a little short these days. Always use what works for you and fits within your budget.
Speaking of budget….
Why not ring in the Spring by getting one of these super cute, super stylish scrunchie buckets?
