1. Shipping time frames and processing
1.1. Definitions:
1.1.1. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the The H Word Pty Ltd.
1.1.2. Shipping time is the time in the package is in transit to the customer.
1.2. Processing Time
1.2.1. The H Word guarantees quality items by hand making each item based of colour, size and quantity preference. The manufacturing of satin items has a specified processing time of five (5) days from order confirmation.
1.3. Shipping Time
1.3.1. The H Word is all about allowing the customer the opportunity to select the ideal form of delivery to match your budget and time. The shipping period is therefore, determined by the courier service chosen by the customer.
1.3.2. The customer will be made aware when the shipping time period has commenced.
1.3.3. It is to be noted that based of location delivery may take 24-72 hours for major cities and 3-5 working days for outskirt towns. Public holidays and weekends are not included.

3. Conditions of use
3.1. General Conditions
3.1.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.1.2. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
3.1.3. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3.2. By utilising The H Words services, you agree on behalf of yourself and those under your account to abide to the following general conditions of use:
3.2.1. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which we provide the service, without express written permission.
3.2.2. You agree not to utilise any derogatory terms (racial, homophobic, slurs etc.) within the websites comment sections (blog posts, reviews) and social medias.

5. Liabilities
5.1. The H Word is indemnified from:
5.1.1. Items that are delivered to the incorrect address due to customer incorrectly inputting delivery details.
5.1.2. Items damaged due to customers negligence
5.1.3. Damage caused to third party items by our products if handling instructions are not correctly followed.
6. Product Descriptions
6.1. Headscarf – Our sleek headscarves come in two sizes, 70cm and 1m, square lengths. Easy to tie and stylish enough to wear during the day or at night.
6.2. Pillowcases (Set of two) – Our luxurious pillowcases come in a set of two, made to fit standard sized pillow inners. (pillow inners not included).
6.3. Bonnet – Our bestseller; our beautiful bonnets are created to fit hair of any length, including dreads, braids and curly hair.
6.4. Satin Cap – Made to fit under headscarves or beanies/hats, our satin caps come in a slim-fit design with thin elasticated edging. Available in two sizes, standard and dome-size.
6.5. Scrunchies – These satin scrunchies decrease hair tugging and pull-out and look cute while doing so. Choose between three sizes; small, medium, or large. Or choose them all.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. When accessing this Site, you agree to obey the law and to respect intellectual property rights of others. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringement of third-party rights caused by any User Content (defined below) that you provide or transmit to us.
7.2. Specifically, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, domain names and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Site are the registered and/or unregistered Trademarks of The H Word or such third party that may own the displayed Trademarks. Nothing contained on this Site or in these Terms serves to grant to you, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Trademarks displayed on this site without the written permission of The H Word or such third party that may own the displayed Trademarks.
8. Cancellations
8.1. As unfortunate as it may be that you wish to cancel your order, at The H Word we understand that things can happen. Cancellations are permitted under the following conditions:
8.1.1. Cancellation during the processing time. Once items have been shipped, order can no longer be cancelled.
8.1.2. A 10% handling fee will be subtracted from all cancellation of orders.
8.1.3. If a customer is found to have breached any of our intellectual property clauses, The H Word is permitted to cancel said customers order after adjudication.
8.2. Cancellations on custom orders are prohibited once the customer has confirmed the itinerary.
