Who we share your data with:
The H Word will never sell your information. We will never give or share your information with any persons or companies other than those necessary to fulfill your order, request or enquiry.
These persons or companies are for example:
- The courier companies we make use of (The Courier Guy, Pargo, Paxi, PUDO).
- Our manufacturer, should a custom order be commissioned.
- Any persons or companies we may need to make use of in order to fulfill your order, request or enquiry.
We undertake to keep all information shared with us confidential and secure. We have implemented online security measures in order to keep your data safe and secure.
As such, only employees who require your information in order to carry out a specific task (for example, to fulfill an order) will be able to access your information.
You undertake the responsibility to ensure on your end that your information is shared in a way that does not harm you or compromise the integrity of the information shared. We encourage you to keep passwords, login details and personal information that is not widely known confidential.
Unless due to our gross negligence, we cannot accept any liability for illegal disclosures or use of your information by persons (including but not limited to employees), companies, entities or external parties who are not under our control.
We ask that all information shared with us is complete, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading in any way.
Any requests from you to access, destroy or change your information must be emailed to info@thehword.co.za.
We will not use your information illegally or carelessly.
